Dormitory Lodging
Dormitories can accommodate groups of 5-34 person room. The rooms have pine wood clad double-decked beds. All rooms include closets and shower and toilet facilities.

Superior Guest Room (per night)
Superior guest room can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. Rooms are furnished with cable TV, coffee table and chairs, rocking chair, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and phone. All rooms include individual closets and toilet and shower facilities.

Standard Guest Apartment (per night)
The standard guest apartment can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. Apartments are semi-furnished with a living room set, dining table and chairs, cable TV, gas stove, phone, coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, silverware and kitchen utensils. All rooms include individual closets and toilet and shower facilities.

Apartments are fully furnished with an orthopedic bed, living room set, dining table and chairs, cable TV, gas range, phone, coffeemaker, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, silverware and kitchen utensils. All rooms include individual closets and toilet and shower facilities.

  • PEAK SEASON RATE: 20% from the Regular Rate (Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, and other Holidays)
  • All rates are subject to change without prior notice. A 25% room reservation fee is required to secure a confirmation. Please note that a no show or late cancellation may be charged accordingly.

* RESERVATION GUIDES

  • DEPOSIT: Upon approval of booking, a 25% deposit is required at least 30 days prior to event. However, if reservation is made less than 30 days prior to event, deposit is required upon booking. At the end of the function, a 10% Retention Fee will be applied to the total bill and retained for damage and security. Retention Fees will be refunded after 7 days.
  • CANCELLATION:If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to event, 10% of the deposit will be deducted. However, a 50% forfeiture of deposit will be charged if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the event.

* BASIC HOUSE RULES

  • Regular Check-In and Check-Out Time is 12:00nn.
  • Please observe Quiet Time from 10:00pm – 7:00am. Please refrain from roaming around the campus within the said hours. APTS is first and foremost a school and a community with residents and students living therein.
  • Meals need to be reserved ahead of time. Please observe the APTS standard meal times:

    Special meal times can be arranged with the Food Service Manager.

     
  • Guests are requested to check in and out during regular business hours. Payment for this bills incurred is required when checking in. If you find that you must vacate your room outside of regular business hours, any additional charges are to be settled at the Housing Office or Business Office the day before your departure.

  • Guests with children and/or young people staying in the dorms are required to have a Dorm Supervisor who is responsible in making sure that quiet times and other guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in acceptable Christian Social and Moral Standards. PLEASE NOTE THAT APTS IS A NON-SMOKING CAMPUS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, ILLEGAL DRUGS, AND THE LIKE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES.
  • Guests/Groups are legally responsoble for any damage to property or equipment incurred from their use of the faciluty as well as for the safety and projection of the general public.
  • A responsible member of the group must assist the Security Guard in assuring that only recognized persons are admitted as members/guest to the event and to verify when all such persons have left the campus following its conclusion.
  • Guests are required to observe cleanliness in the area and shall be responsible for keeping the place free of all equipment, furniture, and props after the function.
  • Heavy props and cameras mounted on the wall or ceiling is expressly prohibited.

* ROOM PAYMENT

  • Payment for your room will be expected at check-in. Each room, dorm or apartment must also pay a deposit of PhP 1,000 to be refunded at check-out if nothing has been damaged or missing.
  • If guest is not able to check-out during business hours, the deposit will be sent through mail or bank transfer minus PhP 100 for handling fees.
