As a Chinese,I have experienced and seen the struggles we have in Theological and missional trainings in China. Meanwhile, I am a cross-cultural missionary, so that my education and experience will help Chinese church to equip more and more missionaries from China, to the global mission field, for God's glory and His kingdom.
