Any Graduate Program for a Flat Fee
The inflation has created significant disruptions to the studies and life plans of students with learning and financial issues globally. Students are now experiencing extra expenses and loss of financial opportunities. Thus, we’ve set up an affordable program fee of $250 per trimester, intended to financially support those students who aren’t able to finance their studies.
The flat fee structure will be available to all new and returning students who plan to start or continue their studies with us. It will be immediately applied upon successful admission and only to the undergraduate and graduate programs offered by APTS.

Things to Prepare
Applicants must compile and fulfill all requirements listed below to qualify for flat fee rate of $250.
Admission Form
Applicants must fill up the admission form for their preferred program and submit it with the fee to the registrar.
Photo Set
A set of professionally taken photos on a plain background.
Character References
Get hold of at least three(3) character references. For credentialed ministers, one must be from the national leadership of the student's denomination.
Essay & Ministerial Form
Applicants must fill out a ministerial form and write an essay that includes their ministry experience, vision, and how the APTS program would help fulfill this vision.
Official Transcript
Applicants must prepare a copy of their official transcripts from all Bible schools and/or universities attended. Transcripts must have a notation: copy valid for APTS.
English Test
Applicants must pass a required examination in English with a minimum score of 501 in TOEFL to qualify for matriculation.
Medical & Vaccination Certificate
Applicants planning to stay on campus will be required to submit these forms alongside their application form.
Sponsorship Form
If needed, applicants must produce evidence of adequate prearranged financial support for their studies.

Terms & Conditions
- Students must apply, fulfill all admission conditions, and be accepted. (Note: one of the important considerations for accepting students is the conviction of a divine call.)
- It applies to on-site/online/hybrid undergraduate and graduate programs enrolled directly with our Baguio Campus.
- It does not cover the post-graduate programs, English courses, Alphacrucis programs, and programs run by the APTS Extension Sites.
- Students will only have to pay an amount of $250(USD) per trimester. The same $250 per trimester fee structure covers enrollment for credits taken for Field Education, Independent Studies, and Thesis Papers at the M.A. /B.A. levels.
- This new Flat-Program-Fee structure will come into effect with the new school year beginning in June 2022.
- Audit students will pay the same fee as credit students.
